The use of our website includes accessing, browsing, subscribing to our services, or filling and submitting a contact form.

2.1. Over the Rainbow Festival website is registered to and operated by sole trader Rositsa Kitanova, providing piano lessons to children and adults.
2.2. Over the Rainbow Festival is an annual event for young musicians from different countries. The first edition of the festival was in 2021, featuring 90 children and young adults from 4 different countries.
2.3. Applications for participation in subsequent editions are open between January and March. You can apply by uploading a vocal or instrumental performance on this website. Your content will not be visible to the public unless you are selected to participate in the festival.
